SM10  offers a wide variety of services in the design and planning for small and large(r) scale projects. We are committed to assisting owners in each step of the design and construction process from conceptual designs to the final inspection in construction administration. In addition to experience from completed projects, we work closely with engineering professionals to accommodate fluctuation in designs. This close relationship with other professionals allows us to create highly-specialised designs that allow workers and clients to move easily throughout the space.

 Our primary tool in creating designs, drawings, and documents is the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology such as AutoCAD & Revit. This technology creates a shared knowledge resource to provide a reliable basis for decisions from earliest design ideas to completion. Using this tool offers designers, engineers, contractors and the owner an overall clear vision of the project scope. This technology combined with our abilities allows us to create an engaging experience with our clients throughout the entire design process.  

 We will provide either a full or part architectural service from RIBA stages 0 - 7.
